As I’m living off the land and homeschool my children, my time is precious and only has a certain amount of hours that fit in one day. That being said, I choose very decisively with whom I work, so not everyone who clicks on the buttons below can be sure to work with me. Only if we match and you qualify for some criteria upfront. All my coaching packages are giving a framework that will be individually tailored to you, and your unique needs. You determine at which pace we go.
Where you’re at right now decides details of what we’ll cover. All journeys are different and all paths’ consist of elements from the same origin.
Usually, all coaching takes place online over Zoom (sometimes Skype), from the safe comfort of your own home. Besides you specifically wish in-person meetings.
The way I use Zoom as a safe space you can lean into mirrors a physical connection in an astonishing way and even has a number of advantages over the classical way.
If you need help getting set up with the technology, I can provide some support. Not everyone is tech-savvy – Which is the joy of Skype & Zoom; you don’t have to be.

How does coaching work?
Coaching gives you a supportive safe space to explore what’s going on for you and learn new skills that enable you to design the life you want to live – and live it.
My approach is transformative coaching which is not like life coaching. If you want a cheerleader, that is not my style. Instead, I support you in looking inwards and breaking through thresholds.
What is the difference to Consulting?
I offer Consulting for your external work, to support you in making tangible plans and managing your life to reach them. If you book Coaching with me, I will do transformative Coaching, where the work is being done inside. Consulting is building on the foundations that being laid in Coaching.
Where do we meet?
Sessions are held over Skype or Zoom. If you need help getting set up with the technology, I can provide some support (although I’m not too techy! Which is the joy of Skype and Zoom; you don’t have to be.
It’s best if you can arrange to meet at a time and place where you won’t be interrupted and can talk in private.
Do I have to be on video?
Whilst it is helpful to be able to see your facial expressions, some of my clients (initially) prefer not to be on camera. And that’s perfectly ok too.
I personally find it very helpful to show my face and to see yours.
Can I pay in installments?
Do you only work with executives?
I work with everyone who is committed to seriously investing oneself in transforming one’s life.
Do I need to live in nature
Whilst it is helpful for living simple, to live in nature, this is not obligatory. You can stay in whichever position you find yourself in and head towards your unique individual goal by taking one baby step at a time.
Do I have to believe in God?
I personally do believe in God. I leave it up to you how you call him; maybe that is Universe, Nature, Higher Intelligence, the Divine. And my stance is, that God has unlimited names and there is only one.
